Last year at the end of October I did a Laundry make over mainly because of Laundry envy but also cause it just needed it. So this is the photo I took on the 30th of October right after I finished it.
It still looks exactly the same apart from hanging a few more bits and pieces on the ladder
This is the shelf you couldn't see in the photo, where I tend to shove all sorts of bits and pieces
And a bit better look at the narrow shelf above the washing machine. The pottery jugs were made by two of the children when they were at school.
Love this chair with it's little house quilt that Cato has claimed as her bed. I buy a 12kg box of Laundry detergent once or twice a year and a box fits perfectly in this bucket.
So that's my Laundry, another room in this house full of my stuff and clutter .
For more Laundries why don't you pop on over to visit Deb at Works in Progress. Maybe you will join in with My Place and Yours this week too?

I can't believe you managed to keep it this tidy since October. Oh my goodness, I'm super impressed. I love your laundry and all its homely touches.
Love the way you have decorated your laundry, you now have me inspired to do something more with mine :)
I'm a wee bit envious that you have such a cool laundry. Mine is in the garage so I really can't give it a vintage twist. I love the green punched tin cupboard thingo....another thing still on my wish list!
Love the 'finishing touches'... the ladder, chair, etc. Happy crafting, Jenny :)
Love your laundry room! We just ordered a bench for ours this morning and will be painting when it comes...thanks for the inspiration ~*~Lisa
Hi Jackie, What a beautiful quilt hanging on the ladder. BTW, the green metal thingy is fantastic too! Hope you had a lovely weekend! :) Barb x
A quilt in the laundry, how good are you! I try to stay out of mine...lol
Nice laundry Jackie. My washer & dryer's in my bathroom I'm a no laundry lady, hence no post from me this week! See you next week at MPAY's.
I'd be happy to spend time in your laundry doing my washing. Love the ladder and the jugs the kids made.....as were still renovating my laundry is on our front veranda at least i don't have far to walk to hang the clothes.
Would love to have a laundry like your especially with a chair and quilt!- but we don't have a separate laundry hence no post of mine this week.
I love the ladder, and I like that its an evolving art space for you!
Love the hanging ladder idea. Just might have to pinch it for my new house! :)
