Lavender

Freshly picked from my garden, it should have been picked a little earlier before it opened as much as it did but it is nice sitting on my desk. I wear Lavender scent all the time but since Yardley's stopped making theirs I am struggling to find another that is as close to the real smell of Lavender as it was. I know, you think it is a scent for Nanna's but I love the smell  and nearly every pefume that I have ever tried just gives me a migraine.

I too love the scent of lavender. I have even tried oils, but some of them can put you off!! Good luck with the search :) Happy crafting, Jenny

Well Jackie, don't come near me or l will break out into a sneezing fit! I freak when they place a Lavender stall near me at any show because l end up congested & my throat seizes as well-not a good look when your trying to sell months worth of sewing!!

Jackie, what a lovely purple! Lavender looks great in the garden and it always reminds me of a Country-style home with a cottage garden...Enjoy! :) Barb x

I love the smell of Lavender, have tried to grow it, just takes work. Will try again, this year.
