No more pencils, no more books.............................!!

I realised today that for the first time in over 20 years I'm not rushing around getting someone organised to go back to school!! I'm done with the Book lists, subject fees, uniforms and just the right shoes that are name brand but fit the schools black shoe policy. No more fund-raising, expensive school excursions, Parent/Teacher interviews, kids not doing homework and Teacher's ringing me about it.  Oh! No more school lunches to pack!!!
I'm sure there are positives about kids going back to school too but at the moment they escape me.
It feels a bit strange really but I'm sure I'll get over it.

LUCKY LUCKY LUCKY girl, I have 2011 & 2012 to get through yet, all of the things you mentioned plus all the teen girl DRAMA!!!!
How old do we have to get before we get our life back ??? ha ha ha

*Groan* My youngest just started 6th class. I feel like I'll never get out of Primary school - let alone be finished altogether. As well I have an HSC student this year...eeep!
