JaM-Creating and Learning

Once again it is time to join Jody and take a minute to share what I have been doing.

After too long I managed to get up to the sewing room and start making a few things for the website.  I have lots of new vintage doily's to play with thanks to a generous friend.

There was  a little bit of wandering around outside in the fog taking photos and a little pet photography as well.

Frantic practicing on the keyboard trying to get my WPM up to an acceptable level for my course, which isn't hard until they tell you that you have to be 98% correct!

And the highlight of the week??? A Tupperware party, something I have managed to avoid for 20 or 30 years but I couldn't let my Sister In Law down. I came away without ordering anything, a useless gadget in my pocket and total disbelief at the price of it.
Why don't you take a moment and share something with us or wander over to Jody's to see who has joined in this week.

Baahhhaaahhhaa, tupperware....the biggest scam of home makers in the whole world...I dont know how much money I wasted on it when I first started working for my 'glory box'..I now hate the stuff, the smell of it, the look of it, and the way it cracks...so much for the life time guarentee...all mine is in the sandpit...

Cant believe you got away without ordering anything! That is an achievement. I got heaps for my glory box over the years and we dont use any of it these days

I'm surprised there's still such a thing as Tupperware Party - I buy mine from the OP Shops - they're bursting with the stuff!

Thanks for joining in JaM this week. x

I JUST bought a camera similar to the one in your post last week Jackie! It was made in the '50's. Paid 75 cents for it. LOL. Booo Tupperware. ~*~Lisa

Haaa I love your take on Tupperware. I used to sell the stuff, still love it and every now and then find a dealer to replace a cracked or warped piece, yes their lifetime guarantee does work. Lovely post as always Jackie. xo.
