Finally, after a morning of Fog and Frost and the temperature at minus something ridiculous yet again, the sun came out after lunch. Husband cleaned up the woodshed and filled the Fire Pot up . These two found the perfect spot to be, in the sun next to a warm fire. I've rediscovered knitting cause machicho sits and shivers these cold mornings even in the house. She has taken to staying in bed (my bed!!) later and later every day. Machicho has her new little black and grey jumper on. I've been using wool I had in the cupboard and Rev really doesn't want to wear his. Can't imagine why this manly dog wouldn't wear a Pale pink and Purple jumper??
We caught up with my boys on Saturday in Wodonga. The one in the middle is Ben's flatmate Errol who also comes from our hometown. He's sort of one of the family now. They travelled from Bendigo for the day to celebrate Dave's school friend Zeb's 21st Birthday. Being Zeb's 'other mother' as Zeb's Mum says meant Ross and I went too. It was nice to see the boys even though it was only for a couple of hours but especially because they took Beau back to Bendigo with them. Very peaceful here at the moment!!!
Proud Mum and Dad with Zeb
So this week is the trial run of living together without any children in the house. Not that any of our four are children any more. It's quiet, the house is tidy , I don't have to fight anyone for the Computer and I'm not getting woken up at ungodly hours of the night because Teenagers keep very different hours than adults. But I'm sure that in a day or two I will be missing him just like I miss the others even if life is that bit easier without them here. It's just what Mother's do I guess.

I love the fire pot Jack, how unique is that ??? and goodbye to Beau :o(
:o)I had all day Sat and Sunday to myself, no kid (stayed at a friends) no hubby (working) and I loved it, it is sad when they go but I think we overcome that feeling pretty quickly, especially when we get the puter all to ourselves :o)
Have a great week. x
